You may cancel your shed or garage order prior to delivery. If you choose to do so, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• If custom supplies have not been ordered, and the building is not built, we will refund the deposit amount, minus a 5% processing fee.
• If custom supplies have been ordered, and the building is not built, we will refund the deposit amount, minus a 5% processing fee and the cost of the custom-ordered supplies.
• If the building is built, we will refund the deposit amount minus a 5% processing fee, the cost of any custom-ordered supplies, and a 5 – 10% restocking fee.

We do not accept returns after a building has been delivered or constructed on-site. Defects or damage to completed buildings falls under our warranty policy.
